We have encountered some users having these remote problems from time to time. It is easily fixed by fully exiting the app.
If you encounter this issue please touch the home button and close the app from the task switcher (touching the home button twice quickly and then touching and holding your finger on the LifeWellth icon in the taskbar on the bottom).
Once you have exited the app fully, you can then re-enter the app and the problem should be resolved. Remember to only remove the app from the taskbar and not deleting the app on your home screen, which will delete the LifeWellth app and the information you have entered so far.
